How to Reclaim or Transfer

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Lambda Delta Zeta Chapter welcomes Reclaimed and Transfer members with open arms​! Reclamation can occur at any time of the year, but between the time we celebrate Founders day and Finer Womanhood (January 16th-March 31st) we set time aside specifically to welcome our Sorors back home!

RECLAMATION MADE EZ

ReclamationAny member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. who has been inactive for over two (2) years may reactivate her membership. The qualifications for reclamation include a valid Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. membership card and/or membership number, a copy of your college/university degree, and appropriate payment.

           RECLAMATION STEPS

  1. Locate and/or contact a chapter in your area.

  2. Obtain the Chapter Certification of Membership and Good Standing card from your previous chapter, or complete the Notarized Self Certification of Membership and Good Standing and obtain a verification letter from the Regional Director of the region you were last active in.

  3. The chapter will provide the link to the reclamation portal where you may submit your information for verification and approval. Please be sure you have identified the chapter in which you wish to reclaim.
    Once you have received approval from International Headquarters, you will be provided a link to pay international, regional, and state (if applicable) dues in the Member Services Portal.

  4. Pay local dues to your chapter of reclamation.

Once all dues have been remitted on the local, State, (if applicable), Regional, and International levels you will be fully reclaimed and active!

Transfer Members: 
Any current member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. may transfer her membership from an existing undergraduate or graduate chapter into a chapter of her choice. The qualifications for transfer include a signed
Chapter Certification of Membership and Good Standing card and appropriate payment.
